When a death occurs, contact us immediately at 800-373-0223. Our staff will assist with all arrangements for the cremation process, containers, and any additional tributes, such as a memorial service, visitation, or gathering of family and friends. They will provide guidance regarding the placement of obituaries in newspapers, and filing for Social Security and Veterans Benefits.
If pre-arrangements have not been made, we will guide you through your choices and completion of any vital information or authorizations required for the cremation to take place. Signed authorization for cremation must be on file at the time of death.
